Flores Dive School

Flores Dive School is the standard Labuan Bajo training shop — PADI 5-star, daily Open Water and Advanced starts, divemaster intake running through most of the season. The shop runs day boats to the central and northern park sites alongside its course schedule, so certified divers can stack fundive days onto a course completion. The course focus and dedicated training pool make this the right choice for first-time divers, families with mixed certification levels, and divers wanting to skip from Open Water to Advanced in a single trip. Suits land-based travellers, beginner-to-intermediate divers (DSD through Rescue), and families. Skip if you have 30+ logged dives and want to focus on Komodo's harder sites — the course-shop volume means more beginner-paced briefings, and southern park sites are out of day-trip range regardless of operator.
