Bali Scuba Masters
Bali Scuba Masters sits in Padang Bai, a small port town an hour east of Denpasar that doubles as a fast-boat departure point for Nusa Penida. The location is the selling point — divers can run Padang Bai's Blue Lagoon and Jepun sites in the morning, then catch a 30-minute fast boat to Nusa Penida the next day without changing accommodation. The shop also runs a full IDC programme with an in-house Course Director, and Divemaster intakes start most months.
Best for divers wanting Nusa Penida access without staying on Nusa Lembongan, and for instructor candidates training in a quieter setting than Sanur. Less suited to divers wanting to dive Tulamben or Menjangan as their main focus — the drive from Padang Bai to Tulamben is 1.5 hours each way. Local pricing is set in IDR with daily euro and dollar rates posted at reception.
