Bali Dive Trek
Bali Dive Trek runs out of Tulamben village on the east coast, a 2.5-hour drive from Denpasar. The shop is built around the USAT Liberty wreck — porters carry tanks from the road to the entry point, briefings happen on the black-sand beach, and most divers do at least three Liberty dives during a stay. Coral Garden, Drop-Off, and the Japanese Wreck at Kubu are reached by short truck transfer or boat. The shop pairs well with a 3-5 night Tulamben-focused trip rather than a one-day stop.
Best for divers who only want the Liberty wreck and east-coast macro, and who are happy with simple village accommodation a few minutes from the beach. Less suited to divers wanting fast boats, multiple regions covered from one base, or pool-side resort comfort. Pricing is local — quotes are in IDR and currency fluctuations can move the THB-equivalent by 5-10% over a season.
