Aqua Marine Diving
Aqua Marine has run from a Sanur base since the mid-1990s, and the operation is built around day-tripping the island. A typical week with them might be Tulamben Monday, Nusa Penida Wednesday, Menjangan on a two-day overnight Friday-Saturday — all with hotel pickup from Sanur, Kuta, Seminyak, Ubud, or Nusa Dua. Useful if you want to dive Bali without rebasing every two days, and you don't mind early starts. Pricing is mid-range and quotes are issued in IDR with euro and dollar conversions.
Best for divers staying in south Bali resorts who want to sample multiple regions from one address, and for IDC candidates — Aqua Marine has Course Directors on staff and runs IDCs several times a year. Less suited to divers wanting to dive the same site repeatedly or who'd rather sleep close to the dive boat. Local pricing is in IDR; THB-equivalents move with exchange rates.
